Days in my new workplace...

It has been months after I left RSP and joined KI.

It is a totally changed environment for me and also a brand new path for my career. Is it a wise choice? i think it is to early to comment.

From a manger who has a team of 16 direct reports and 20 indirect reports to NONE.

From dealing with people's problems to dealing with my own set of dateline and issues.

From handling a team of ladies to a team of men.

From working in a messy and warehouse to a cold and quiet environment.

From handling a team of people solving the same set of issues to a team of people with their own set of issues.

From a boss who is house with ideas and experiences to a boss whose ideas and experiences can't fit the house.

My career path has really changed. I think it is too early to make any comments but I hope that I am changing for the better but not back to the roundabout which once I intend to step out....

Xiaomei's princess 1st month party

Finally XL has her 1st child.... Happy for her although MT, dajie and Lau da did not turned up for the party due to their personal reasons... I know XL will understand.

She looks tired but contented from my own observation. she has moved back to Boo's parents and is another period to get used for both the baby girl and her.

XL dun worry. I know you can coped well. Take care and I am really glad for you...
